Islamic supremacism and appropriation of history, delegitimizing Christianity as well as Judaism, is rooted in the Qur'an; it goes all the way back to the declaration that Abraham was a Muslim (3:67).
Note also the fiendishly obscene Islamic antisemitism manifested here: Jesus was the "the first Palestinian Shahid," i.e., the Jews killed him. One of the ways the Palestinian Authority attempts to create a Palestinian history is to deny the Judean/Jewish nationality of Jesus, and misrepresent him as a "Palestinian." Palestinian Media Watch has documented this ongoing Palestinian Authority historical revision.
